Who We Are

Kopaset is a provider of tech-enabled workforce solutions, that empowers CX organizations to improve management and retention of their employees. We are guided by four principles: commitment to customer success, value creation through data, continuous effort reduction and human-centered systems thinking.

Our Story

With decades of experience working in contact centers, we often observed that there was still a considerable amount of time spent manually performing tasks which several popular enterprise software should have automated. These solutions generally had multiple capabilities but often missed the mark when it came to addressing problems faced in contact centers.

After successfully designing and implementing in-house software solutions to streamline workforce management, we saw an opportunity to take this further. We started a company focused on designing workforce solutions, that effectively support organizations in their customer experience delivery, while making life at work easier for the employees.
